IMPORTANT PLEASE FOLLOW EACH AND EVERY INSTRUCTIONS Watch the following video:

Using instructions from in class and in the attached YouTube link below, practice Tadasana in a public place.  Bars, Sports events, and line-ups in grocery stores all make for good opportunities for practice.  Don’t just do it once. Make it a habit for a day or two. Try not to make a spectacle of yourself. You don’t want to freak people out, right? Try to just integrate better posture into your daily life. Its not that big of a deal.  Not every experiment with the posture will produce any results. Sometimes your PDMP just goes by un-noticed. Thats cool. But sometimes something interesting happens. It is not necessarily something dramatic – just kind of interesting. Explain in detail the setting of your experiments.  Pay attention to how you feel, your mood, your level of energy, and your overall sense of well being while you are mountain pose.   Be kinda sneaky.  That means you can still walk a little.  You can chat with people.  Be yourself – but yourself in mountain pose. Minimum 400 words
